My offline business provides specialized financial services to Charities and Business Owners. Traditional keyword advertising online does not work well, but the same keywords used to search profiles in Twitter led to a very valuable relationship with the editor of a philantrophic publication. I was then able to position our multi-generational endowment specialist as a national expert for a live chat on establishing endowment programs.
