Join Coach Deb LIVE: Reality Mastermind Reveals the #1 Thing You MUST have on Your Blog

Someone once said: Change is inevitable. Any savvy online entrepreneur who wants to remain at the forefront understands that change requires surfing the bleeding edge of technology.

So the question in our minds must always be: “What’s on the horizon and how can I use that to get ahead of my competitors today?”

JOIN COACH DEB & Chat LIVE!

Thirty years ago, there was no internet. Five years ago YouTube was still just a dream. If you watched Biz Stone and Evan Williams on The View this morning, you’ll know that three years ago, Twitter didn’t tweet.

Today, we literally don’t have to leave our computers to book a flight, pay a bill, shop or even connect with a tribe of like minded individuals.

The Internet, YouTube and Twitter are part of our daily lives.

No one could predict the impact each development would have. In fact Bill Gates famously admitted:

Sometimes we do get taken by surprise. For example, when the Internet came along, we had it as a fifth or sixth priority. It wasn’t like somebody told me about it and I said, ‘I don’t know how to spell that.’ I said, ‘Yeah, I’ve got that on my list, so I’m okay.’ But there came a point when we realized it was happening faster and was a much deeper phenomenon than had been recognized in our strategy.

Don’t get taken by surprise!

Join me this Thursday for a special Ustream LIVE broadcast where I’ll share The #1 Thing you MUST be focused on when creating your Web Presence. I’ll be streaming LIVE from Hawaii with the Reality Mastermind Guyz.

Visit Chat with Coach Deb for more details on the show, and join my Tribe to get on tomorrow’s FREE Broadcast.

If you’re not a member of this Tribal Seduction Tribe, you may have missed the LIVE show Coach Deb was on this week talking about Twitter and the controversial debates in the Twittosphere. But you can catch the first 30 minutes of the show right here:

Join Coach Deb LIVE: What are you left with when Twitter Dies?

I don’t remember what life was like before Twitter but I’m starting to think about what life could be like after Twitter is gone. (Gasp! Did I just say that?! Twitter = Gone? Really?)

Now that Twitter has entered the mainstream, does it change the Twittersphere?  Is it possible to engage when you have a million PLUS followers?

You betcha!  As long as you focus on reaching people and engaging them with RELEVANT information, ENGAGING content or ENTERTAINING broadcasts.

JOIN COACH DEB & Chat LIVE!

Now that so many tweeters are using auto-follow robots to increase their followers on Twitter  by 1,000 - 2,000 a day, is anyone really listening anymore? Has Twitter reached the tipping point of being irrelevant?

Should Twitter remove the follower count from profiles? These are the debates raging in the Twittersphere these days - ever since Ashton Kutcher and Evan Williams introduced Oprah to Twitter on her show.

One of the questions I’m asked most often is how to increase followers?  But if you focus only on building your followers… your tweeps… you’re ignoring one of the key questions you should be asking yourself: where will I be if Twitter shuts down tomorrow?

Join me this Thursday for a special Ustream LIVE broadcast where I’ll my secrets for growing your list and attracting powerful influencers so you’ll know what to do when the Death of Twitter comes.

Visit Chat with Coach Deb for more details on the show, and join my Tribe to get on tomorrow’s FREE Broadcast.

@KeystoClarity has a radio show about her spiritual coaching business.

When she asked me to come on an talk about Twitter, I wasn’t sure what to expect… but glad to talk about the basics of Twitter and share some tips for tweeps that are just getting started.

Turned out very well. Great questions from @KeystoClarity, and we had a very interesting discussion about how we approach Twitter for business.

You Write the Song That Makes the Twitterverse Sing

Back in December, we had the famous social media guru @JimKukral on TwitCastRadio.

As if that his social media expertiese wasn’t enough, Jim brought along his ukulele for some extra fun and strummed out a few bars he suggested would be the start of a TwitCastRadio Theme

Jim promised to complete the song.. and true to his word.. has been laying down some tracks for us.

Lyrics Contest

@JimKukral is a first class writer, but he’s asked for help with the lyrics for the new TwitCastRadio theme. He says that it just wouldn’t be a good community effort if we didn’t get all our tweeps involved.

So here’s your chance for a bit of Twitter Radio fame. Submit a line about Twitter, social media, Jim’s singing abililties, the social media radio show, or the fun we have on Friday nights.

Contest Rules

  1. NO RULES.. submit anything you want in the comments
  2. Decision of the judge (me) is final. We may use your lyrics, or not
  3. The Contest will be over when we get tired of playing. Enter early, enter often
  4. Creative entries will stand the best chance of winning
  5. Entries must be posted as comments to this post to be considered as entries

Sometime in the next little while, I will review the comments below. I’ve got a bag full of cool prizes. A copy of Twitter Revolution, some gifts left over from the #Happy09 contest and some special goodies that I’ll pull out if we get a super entry.

One or more prizes will be given. Results will posted on Twitter, and maybe here.

Post a Tweet sized lyrical line.. a stana, a verse, a chorus or whatever else you think will help. All become property of the Twitterverse. We won’t return them to you.. but I promise I’ll read them all.

Add your @ Twitter Handle so we all can find you.

Go ahead.. post your TwitCastRadio lyric entry in the comments now

The Biggest Douchebag in Social Media?

Tonight’s http://TwitCastRadio.com was my Twinterview with @MattBacak, who was recently subjected to a Twitter Storm of negative tweets over a press release he issued about his social media activities.

Matt has been promoting online, teaching others how to marketing their books and businesses on the Internet and building several multi-million dollar businesses.

While the press release statements were true, they gave the impression that Matt was in Stage 2.. looking for a way to profit or use technologies like Twitter.

I knew this wasn’t like Matt. So I invited him to tell us what happened.

Listen to the interview now. I think you’ll agree that it’s a story of a sincere guy, who learns from his mistake. (no wonder he’s been so successful).

Do you think Matt was genuine on the call? I admit to not being totally objective, but I think you’ll hear that he is the man of integrety I know and love
