Who is behind the Twitter Handbook?

Well - officially, the authors of the published book are: Warren Whitlock & Deborah Micek

However, Warren & Deborah believe the Twitter Handbook will be a much better book and online resource if the Twitterverse all contributed their $1.40 worth of ideas to it.

$1.40 metaphorically speaking - not literally - since Twitter is all about putting your 140 characters worth of ideas in a "tweet" for all to read, and since we thought $1.40 is much funnier than saying $0.02 (your two cents worth) since the Twittosphere has a much higher value in their contributions since they're all proving to be early adopters and have great stuff to share.
